1. The "Zero-Knowledge" Principle

Tools Nestt operates on a client-side processing model. When you use our PDF, Image, or Text tools:

No Uploads: Your files are NOT uploaded to our servers.
Local Processing: All transformations happen directly in your device's memory (RAM) via JavaScript.
No Storage: Once you close the browser tab, all session data is permanently wiped from your local memory.

2. Cookies and Advertising (Google AdSense)

To keep our tools free, we display advertisements. We use Google AdSense, which uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites on the Internet.

We use Firebase Analytics to monitor site traffic and performance. This data is fully anonymized and does not include personally identifiable information (PII). We track technical events such as tool usage frequency, browser types, and error rates to improve the application.

4. AI Chat Assistant

Messages sent through our AI Chat Assistant are processed in real-time to generate responses. We do not store, sell, or use your chat history for training purposes. However, users are advised not to share passwords, credit card numbers, or sensitive personal data within the chat interface.

5. Third-Party Services

We load certain functional libraries from trusted Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) like Cloudflare and Google Fonts. These services may log your IP address as part of the standard web request process, which is governed by their respective privacy policies.

6. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

Since we do not collect personal data (names, emails, addresses), we are inherently compliant with many aspects of GDPR and CCPA. However, we provide a Consent Manager (powered by Cloudflare Zaraz) for users in the EEA/UK to manage their advertising and analytics preferences at any time.

7. Data Security

While we do not store your data, the security of your files during processing depends on your browser's security. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari and maintaining active local antivirus protection.
